Position:       Asst. Manager - Paint Shop

Location:      Vapi

Experience:  8 - 10 Years

Industries:   Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Robotic programming & painting process.

•  Production manpower handling & skilling.
•  SOP standardization.
•  Setting the Robots painting parameters.
•  Monitoring &  controlling process parameters of painting process.
•  Primer, Base & Top Coat process & effectively support to solve the problems.
•  Primer, Base, Top Coat & Plastic plated Grill Painting with advance robotic painting process.
•  Paint consumption & reduction.
•  Improve paint-shop FTT
•  Lead overall paint-shop functions as a shift In charge.
•  Fill up Production BORD & Hourly / Daily production report on time.
•  5 “ S “ on shop floor (Housekeeping Zone Wise) .
•  Follow production plan & achieve the plan as per sales requirement.
•  Safety follow up related to Man, Machine, Material and Method.
•  Break down slip raise to maintenance dept. and regular follow up.
•  Conducts daily shift communication meetings with subordinates to discuss safety, production,
• FTT and delegate assignments.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal conditions.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
