Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and growth.
- Identify potential clients within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors and target them effectively.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, especially with Silicone Gaskets, Tubing, and Hoses.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry-related events and conferences to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
