Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and insights to help optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective customer relationship management.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for sales activities.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Compile and present research findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's messaging.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Exhibitions and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics and support pre and post-event activities.
- Assist in the development of sales projections and targets.
- Maintain documentation related to sales processes and best practices.
- Payment and POE Follow up
- Basic Knowledge of Account process
Skills Required:
- Negotiations Skill
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skill
- Knowledge of Engineering Drawing
- Presentable
- CRM Software, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge.
- Qualification BE
- Min. 0-1 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing (Male- Back Office)
