Job Description:
Sales Strategy and Market Penetration:
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeted for the USA market, taking into account regional industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share in the USA, focusing on high-potential regions and industry sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers in the USA market to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
New Business Development:
- Identify, approach, and engage new clients, leveraging networking, prospecting, and lead generation to expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s products and capabilities.
Quotation and Proposal Management:
- Create accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the USA market.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements.
Sales Target Achievement and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the USA market.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting adjustments to strategy as needed.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the USA.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to support product development and marketing strategies tailored to the USA market.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service to USA customers.
- Coordinate with backend operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Salesforce and CRM Management:
- Use Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and client information to support effective sales management.
