Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and billing.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.

• Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues efficiently.

• Prepare regular sales reports and assist in sales forecasting and budgeting.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with relevant teams.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer presentations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1-3 years preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
