Job Description:
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Market Research & Content Creator (30%)
- LinkedIn Content Creation
- Research and write two LinkedIn articles per week on relevant industry topics.
- Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand, tone, and audience interests.
- Monitor engagement and adjust strategy as needed.
- Monthly Market Research Report
- Conduct one in-depth research study paper per month on a relevant industry topic as signed off by leads.
- Ensure content is high-quality, well-structured, and actionable.
- Research output will be reviewed and signed off before incentive eligibility.
Client Engagement (70%)
- Lead Handling & Follow-ups
- Conduct initial calls with leads generated from ads.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on interest, needs, and urgency.
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Cold Outreach via LinkedIn
- Identify potential leads through LinkedIn.
- Perform cold outreach, sending messages and initiating conversations.
- Maintain a database of outreach efforts and responses.
- Client Debriefing on Research Content
- Summarize and present research findings to potential and existing clients.
- Ensure clients understand key insights and how they relate to their business.
- Address client queries and provide additional insights as needed.
- Supervise Telemarketing Agents for other product sales
- Oversee telemarketing team, ensuring adherence to scripts and quality standards.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to improve conversion rates.
- Track performance metrics and optimize call strategies.
- Daily & Weekly Reporting:
- Maintain a structured record of all leads interactions.
- Provide daily updates on lead status, call outcomes, and next steps.
- Submit a weekly summary report on lead and research progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Client Engagement
- Number of qualified leads from ad calls.
- Success rate of LinkedIn cold outreach.
- Supervision effectiveness (telemarketing agent performance, feedback quality).
- Effectiveness of research debriefing for clients.
- Consistency & accuracy of daily and weekly reporting.
Market Research & Content Support
- Consistency & quality of LinkedIn articles (2 per week).
- Quality & approval of monthly market research reports .
- Engagement metrics on LinkedIn content (likes, shares, comments).
- Completion and implementation of process documentation, onboarding materials, and database setup.
Competencies & Skills Required
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong market research & analytical skills.
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach & content writing.
- Ability to supervise and coach telemarketing agents.
- Ability to debrief research findings effectively to clients.
- Strong time management and structured reporting skills.
- Process development and documentation expertise.
