• Handling Samples (DG and Non dg – both export and domestic Samples)
• Lodgement of post shipment documents.
• Service Invoice booking.
• Confirmation of AWB and BL Drafts to CHA
• Revenue Recognition
• Co-Ordinating with plant for samples and dispatch activities(Stores, production, Planning and QC)
• Submission of GST documents and Commission documents to Finance.
• Co-ordinating with CHA for (for Vessel details, flight details, awb and BL Copy).
• Uploading customer documents in tungsten portal.
• Act as back up to deputy manager logistics GBSSS
