Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, optimizing staff performance, and meeting financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Ensure excellent guest service and respond promptly to customer feedback.

Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.

Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.

Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Train and mentor staff to ensure top performance.

Analyze sales and financial data to drive profitability.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for menu planning and promotions.

Requirements:
