Position:          Sr. Manager – Production

Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily production operations in the Injection Molding department, ensuring efficient and cost- effective manufacturing.
• Process Optimization: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Machine & Equipment Management: Monitor the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Manpower Planning: Supervise and allocate workforce effectively to meet production targets.
• Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production-related defects and issues.
• Production Planning: Coordinate with PPC/PPIC teams to align production schedules with customer demands and inventory levels.
• Material Management: Ensure the availability of raw materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in production processes.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and generate reports for management review.
• Training & Development: Provide training and skill development programs for production team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Injection Molding (plastics) production management.
• Expertise in machine maintenance, process optimization, and troubleshooting in molding operations.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance for manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Plastics/Production/Industrial/Polymer 

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
