Job Description:

Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced AME B3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) team at our Hisar MRO Centre. You will perform and certify maintenance on non-pressurized piston-engine aircraft (MTOM ≤ 2000 kg), with a focus on the Diamond DA40 NG, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with DGCA CAR-145 standards. You’ll uphold safety and efficiency in a dynamic aviation environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, including scheduled inspections and defect rectification on piston-engine aircraft.
  • Issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) for maintenance tasks per DGCA CAR-145 and company procedures.
  • Troubleshoot airframe and powerplant systems, with expertise in Austro Engine AE300.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including logbook entries and ERP system updates.
  • Uphold safety standards in compliance with DGCA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to optimize maintenance processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid and current DGCA B3 AME License for non-pressurized piston-engine aircraft (MTOM ≤ 2000 kg).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Completion of DGCA-approved B3 training (CAR-147 or equivalent) with relevant modules (e.g., 7A, 9A, 16).
  • Knowledge of piston-engine systems, preferably Austro Engine AE300.
  • Ability to interpret aircraft manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience on Diamond DA40 NG aircraft (type rating preferred).
  • Experience in a CAR-145 MRO organization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Exposure to EASA or international maintenance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
