Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
○ Oversee and coordinate all marketing projects , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
○ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear briefs to the agency.
○ Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
• Agency Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Rainbow Media House.
○ Effectively communicate marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to the agency.
○ Ensure that the agency understands the company's brand identity, target audience, and industry trends.
• Marketing Strategy:
○ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
○ Provide input on market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation.
• Campaign Execution:
○ Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
○ Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Reporting and Analysis:
○ Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including campaign performance, ROI, and budget utilization.
○ Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience working with marketing agencies and managing projects.
• Strong understanding of the textile industry, including market trends, key players, and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the textile industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools.
• Experience with market research and data analysis.
