ERP Manager - Aviation & MRO
Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Manager to lead and manage enterprise resource planning systems across all operational verticals as part of our expansion at our Hisar facility.The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous optimization of ERP systems—such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Envision ERP—across our aviation business domains including MRO, manufacturing, CAMO, and training (CAR-147). This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic professional with strong technical expertise and a sound understanding of aviation operations and DGCA compliance requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of ERP systems supporting operational modules including MRO (CAR-145), Manufacturing (CAR-21), CAMO (CAR-M), and CAR-147 training.
- Lead ERP system implementation, customization, integration, upgrades, and end-user training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality, training, etc.) to ensure ERP alignment with business processes.
- Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and compliance with DGCA regulations.
- Generate operational and compliance reports, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues across departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ERP systems.
- Certification in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Envision ERP, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and aviation operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems in aviation, covering MRO (CAR-145), Manufacturing (CAR-21), CAMO (CAR-M), and CAR-147.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Strong project management and user training skills.
- Knowledge of DGCA regulations (CAR-145, CAR-M, CAR-147, CAR-21).
