Job Summary :

We're hiring a Technical Lead – InfoPath to PowerApps Migration to lead the shift from legacy InfoPath forms to PowerApps within Microsoft 365. This role involves managing a development team, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions. Strong experience in PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power Platform is essential, along with a solid grasp of solution architecture and automation. Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of InfoPath to PowerApps migration projects
Evaluate existing forms and workflows to design modern PowerApps solutions
Architect scalable apps using Canvas/Model-Driven PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Define and enforce Power Platform best practices, governance, and security standards
Mentor and support the development team with technical guidance
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure usability
Optimize app performance and ensure compliance and security
Oversee issue resolution during migration, including debugging and troubleshooting

Skills & Qualification

7+ years of experience in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Platform development
Deep expertise in Canvas/Model-Driven PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Proven experience leading InfoPath to PowerApps migration projects
Strong command of SharePoint Online, REST APIs, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 integration
Familiarity with Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices
Strong leadership and communication with solid stakeholder management experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600)
Azure Expertise: Experience with Logic Apps, Functions, and AI Builder
