Job Description:

1.Content Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and manage a monthly and quarterly social media content calendar aligned with overall marketing goals, product launches, and dealership events.

• Lead content ideation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

• Plan and execute trending content, including viral reels, meme posts, festival creatives, and topical campaigns based on current market trends and audience behavior.

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry buzz, and content formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging. • Guide a team of content creators, designers, and external partners to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

2.Community Management

• Build and manage brand communities across platforms, including automobile enthusiasts, car care influencers, and service-based groups.

• Handle crisis management and customer responses with tact and brand tone.

• Leverage user-generated content and online reviews to build social proof.

3.Campaign Execution & Amplification

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for product launches, events, test drives, and service promotions.

• Collaborate with performance marketing and dealership teams for lead-generation initiatives.

• Manage influencer collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns.

4.Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights to measure campaign success.

• Own key KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, CPL (cost per lead), and ROI.

• Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.

5.Paid Advertising & Budget Management

• Plan and monitor paid media budgets across platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Display, etc.).

• Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid efforts.

• Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel performance.

6.Compliance & Brand Governance

• Ensure content meets brand tone, legal, and platform-specific compliance.

• Stay ahead of platform updates, automotive trends, and competitor strategies.
