Job Description:

Role Summary: A Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible in crafting and executing communication strategies that align with the company's goals, both internally and externally. This includes managing public relations, creating business presentations, managing social media, creating content for various platforms, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that support overall business objectives, including brand awareness, public perception, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • In-depth and required level span of research on required business projects, for an effective and impactful business due diligence
  • Create impactful business presentations - internal & external, sales & marketing pitch, 
  • Create engaging content for various formats, including press releases, newsletters, social media, website copy, and other promotional materials. 
  • Manage media relations, handle media inquiries, and act as a spokesperson for the company when needed. 
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage potential negative publicity and maintain a positive brand image. 
  • Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged. 
  • Collaborate and work closely on marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts. 
  • Monitoring and Analysis - Track the effectiveness of communication campaigns, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Event Management - Plan and execute corporate events, including press conferences, industry conferences, and internal meetings. 
  • Website Management - Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and provides valuable information to stakeholders. 
  • Social Media Management - Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage social media accounts. 

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is often required. 
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or a related field may be required. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating with various audiences. 
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies that support business objectives. 
  • Strong Presentation (PPT) X& related tool: Good grasp and ability to create impactful business presentations
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze communication data and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
