We are looking for a Senior Executive with technical expertise in fabricating high-quality uPVC doors, windows, and façade elements. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing fabrication drawings, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Read and interpret window/door fabrication drawings and specifications.
 Able to make drawings for cutters, weld blocks and necessary tools for fabrication.
 Make routing drawings for hardware like hinges, handles, locks, and gaskets.
 Prepare corner weld strength values for uPVC profiles as per standards.
 Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality check at each stage of fabrication.
 Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
 Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for project requirements.
 Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during fabrication.

Preferred Skills:

 Strong interpretation of product drawing
 Basic knowledge of site installation practices.
 Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and techniques for uPVC systems.
 Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and cutting lists.
 Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
 Good teamwork and communication skills.
 Knowledge of aluminum window designing is an advantage.
 Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

 B. Tech/Diploma engineering in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field.
 4+ years of hands-on experience in uPVC window and door fabrication.
