Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing candidates: The recruiter should use various methods to find suitable candidates, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sources.
- Screening and interviewing candidates: The recruiter should screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications for the position. They should also assess the candidate's fit with the company culture and team dynamics.
- Managing the recruitment process: The recruiter should manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating salaries, and closing the deal.
Requirements :
Any Graduate
Should have experience with sourcing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Google docs, Google Sheets, MS Office(Excel, Word, Power point)
