Job Description:

 

  • Support recruitment activities by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding formalities.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination with vendors for office supplies, services, and facility needs, including negotiations, agreements, and regular follow-ups.

  • Handle travel arrangements for employees including transport and accommodation, ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel experiences.

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal celebrations to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all office equipment and services; ensure timely renewals, vendor coordination, and service quality.

  • Maintain and monitor inventory for office supplies, pantry items, and housekeeping materials; ensure accurate stock records and timely replenishment.

  • Supervise daily administrative tasks including housekeeping, facility upkeep, asset management, and general office operations.

  • Maintain proper documentation for vendors, inventory, travel, AMCs, and recruitment, ensuring smooth audits and administrative compliance.
