Job Title: Head Chef – Research & Development (Cloud Kitchen)

Salary: ₹30,000/month + ESOP
Location: Hyderabad / Kolkata (Comfortable & Flexible Work Setup)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

About the Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef – R&D to lead our culinary innovation in a cloud kitchen setup, with a strong background in bakery (croissants, breads) and proven team leadership skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test innovative recipes, especially in bakery (croissants, artisan breads, dough-based items).

• Lead and manage the R&D kitchen team—train, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with operations to scale recipes for delivery and maintain quality.

• Standardize recipes and establish SOPs for consistency.

• Monitor food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.

• Conduct taste trials and incorporate feedback for continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role(preferable)

• Expertise in bakery and pastry, including croissants, artisan breads, and fermentation techniques.

• Strong organizational and people-management skills.

• Willingness to work in a cloud kitchen model.

• Comfortable working from Hyderabad or Kolkata (flexible based on preference).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
