Job Description:

Job Summary:
Senior HOTL will oversee and support the HOTL team to ensure the achievement of sales
targets and the implementation of strategic initiatives for state-wide growth. This role
involves coordinating HOTL, sales activities, analyzing market trends, and developing
strategies to enhance sales performance and dealer/distributor satisfaction for the state.


Requirements:
 MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing, or in a related field.
 Proven at least 10 years’ experience in retail/channel sales with team lead.
Exposure in direct retail/channel sales will be with team handling experience
 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office


Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Coordination:
o Manage HOTLs and schedules, territories, and quotas for the retail sales team.
o Ensure the availability of sales materials, such as brochures and presentation tools.
o Act as the primary point of contact for resolving inquiries and complaints.
o Maintain premium distributor/dealer connect to ensure continuous order/billing and provide all necessary support in terms of lead generation, primary field executive support
o Process Order clearance in CRM : Number of orders cleared (divided into normal, special cases with approvals & volume)
o Stakeholder Connect - Daily Calls to different stakeholders such as Inactive, Active, Prospective dealers; Influencers, Employee among others 
o Analyse PJP formulation to optimize reach and communicate accordingly with field team in case of any deviation.
o Review the inactive dealers in the system and do proper segmentation/segregation of channel based on set criteria
o Account creation and modifications
o CRM Management – Task closure with detailed understanding

o Attendance management of field team – CRM

2. Strategy Development:
o Analyze market trends and dealer/distributor data to identify growth opportunities.
o Develop and implement state-wide sales strategies to increase market share.
o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with business goals.


3. Sales Growth:
o Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the team.
o Ensure that sales executives are following the dealer visiting norms, as
decided by senior management, in terms of active, inactive and prospective channel partners
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the state.
o Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
o Timely market visits to low growth/degrowing territories to get market insights and provide recommendation/solutions accordingly

4. Reporting and Communication:
o Prepare, maintain, and present sales reports to senior management.
o Maintain clear communication channels between the sales team and other departments.
o Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes.
o Preparation of Smart MIS reports, dashboard as per sales strategy
