Job Description:
JOB ROLE
-
To coordinate with Plant Heads to ensure daily / weekly / monthly production targets
-
To coordinate with Plant Heads and HR contractors to solve any day to day labour issues.

To coordinate with QA heads of all plants to ensure quality, rejections and wastage standards
-
Preparation of cost sheet for all plants
-
To ensure implementation of various projects regarding cost, labour or wastage reduction.

To ensure dispatches as per plan by dispatches manager and sales team
-
To ensure implementation of all SOPs
-
To monitor repair and maintenance schedule and implementation as provided by maintenance team
-
To monitor spares and store consumption and suggest ways to reduce said consumption.

To ensure adherence to ERP system as implemented across all units.
Work Experience
-
Operations Manager / Plant Head or equivalent for any big manufacturing company for minimum 5-7 years
-
Excel Proficiency
-
Travel Friendly
-
Fluency In Hindi
