Process Engineering Manager

Job Description:

Requirements and Qualifications: • Saudi National • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field • A master’s degree in Engineering or Management is advantageous • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are beneficial • At least 8-10 Years in process engineering or plant operations • 3-5 Years experience in a managerial or supervisory role • Experience in gasification, power generation, or energy industries is highly preferred • Comprehensive understanding of gasification processes, power production, and related technologies • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA standards) • Expertise in process optimization methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, lean manufacturing) • Proficiency in data analysis tools and process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) • Solid leadership and team management skills • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing complex operational challenges • Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution • Effective communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration • Strategic thinking for aligning process operations with organizational goals • Excellent Communication & coordination skills. • Fluent oral English and excellent written English.
