Excellent Communication Skills

Graduate from any stream- non IT (Freshers can also apply)

Shifts -6 AM to 6 AM (Rotational Shifts)

5 Days Working (Weekend Off)

Sal – 16000 PM (In hand + 15% Variable pay)

  • Verify client data and input it accurately into the system within agreed parameters in order to maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes;
  • Perform search on the internet to verify/update customers’ personal details;
  • Understand the issue, provide clarification to the customers and process each case as per the customer requirements and set guidelines;
  • Issue letters/cheques depending upon customers case;
  • Escalate any issue to the Team Manager on time;
  • Maintain accurate records and management reports as per process specifications;
  • Participate in  team engagement activities
  • Assist and mentor colleagues by sharing experience where appropriate, in meeting SLAs.

Is task oriented, carrying out activities clearly defined within a job/role description.  Is responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets, ensuring they are doing the right thing for the customer.
