Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Export Division)

Reports to: Customer Care Manager

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. You'll provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat.

2. Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues promptly.

3. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate complex issues.

Problem-Solving:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

2. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tech support, sales) to resolve complex issues.

3. Offer alternative solutions or compromises when necessary.

Communication:

1. Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication.

2. Ensure active listening and empathy in customer interactions.

3. Document customer interactions and update records.

Quality and Performance:

1. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

2. Achieve productivity and efficiency standards.

3. Participate in quality monitoring and improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and industry trends.

2. Participate in training and development programs.

3. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

Essential:

1-2 years of customer service experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Basic computer literacy (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office)

Work Hours: 9.30 to 6.30
