Job Title: Relationship Manager – CASA Sales

Experience Required: 1–3 years in CASA acquisition or banking sales
Salary: 12LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new CASA customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.

• Cross-sell other banking products such as term deposits, insurance, and loans.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and offer suitable products.

• Meet monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets as set by the bank.

• Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation for account opening.

• Collaborate with branch and backend teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and client acquisition drives.

• Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily reports to supervisors.

• Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in CASA acquisition or direct sales in banking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of banking regulations and KYC norms.

• Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
