Job Description:

Position:         Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing (Domestic/International)

Location:        Noida

Experience:     3 - 4 Years

Industries:      Polymer

 Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
  • Drive sales growth for the Women’s Hygiene, Personal Hygiene, and Sexual Wellness product lines.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance sales performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the designated product categories.
  • Brand Building and Promotion:
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty in the market.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to promote the product range.
  • Develop compelling brand messages and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and content.
  • Institutional Sales and Government Collaboration:
  • Establish and manage relationships with government agencies, healthcare institutions, and NGOs.
  • Navigate the regulatory environment to facilitate product approvals and collaborations.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for institutional sales.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support public health initiatives and campaigns.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Acquisitions:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for brand collaborations and acquisitions that align with business goals.
  • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships to enhance product distribution and market reach.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners and acquisition targets.
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product development and market positioning.
  • Analyze sales and market data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and branding strategies.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, brand growth, and collaborations.
  • Provide strategic insights to the management team based on data analysis and market feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in sales, brand building, and institutional collaborations, specifically within the Women’s Hygiene, Personal Hygiene, and Sexual Wellness sectors.
  • Strong network within government bodies, healthcare institutions, and relevant organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with regulatory processes and public health initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of promotional strategie.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - Marketing/Healthcare Management

Salary:  Upto 6.00 LPA
