Job Description:
- Min 2-3 years with Proficiency in English writing & talking, MS Excel skills is a must
- Calendar Management
- Preparing MIS Reports for Management
- Screening, sorting and replying to Emails and letters
- Connecting with Clients and replying to their emails/calls
- Maintaining and compilation of the data in excel and also google drive
- Maintain a Dashboard of Important data by coordinating with all departments
- Creating reports using the information given by Director
- Efficiency in MS office
- Maintaining efficient filling system of the required documents
- Arrange Meetings with different agencies/vendors and if required attend/represent in a primary meeting
- Drafting letters
- Handling incoming calls
- Making all types of traveling arrangement
