Position:        QA/QC Officer

Location:       Daman

Experience:    0 - 1 Years (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Perform inspections, tests, and measurements, documenting results accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure that all products meet safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance protocols and procedures to minimize defects and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics to provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring all required documentation is in place and up to date.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects or quality issues and assist in developing solutions.

Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 1.92 LPA
