Travel Required: No Reports to (Title of Manager): Production Incharge
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Diploma / B-tech or B.E in mechanical engineering
Diploma with 8 years’ experience & B.Tech/B.E with 5 years’ Experience in production engineer or Industrial engineering from window door manufacturing.
Scope :
Machine utilization as per plan
Facilitate cross functional training
Monitor defect and improvement plan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take handover from reliever shift incharge on daily production report.
To check for inventory at all stations and decide shift target accordingly.
To check status of Glass availability and coordinate with purchase for BM and R/O glasses.
Urgencies and R/O status to be checked and pushed for FG and inform to concern for taking action accordingly.
To address the maintenance related issues and escalate to higher level (If required)
To address the quality related issues and escalate to higher level (If required)
To ensure weld test should be done in every shift.
To ensure properly filling of m/c check sheet in every shift.
To reduce profile and R/F scrap.
Daily IPR analysis.
Increase productivity on parameter of Sq. Ft/Man.
Motivate technicians to give min. 2 suggestions / month.
Ensuring worker safety in shop floor. PPEs Distribution at shift starting.
To Ensure 100% OTM (zero EDD failure) and Meeting daily production target.
Improve 5 s standard of shop floor area.
To monitor the tool consumption of respective shift .
Fill production report and Float Wats app message for shift production figures .
Shifting of FG from shop to FG area with coordination of dispatch depth.
Coordinate with store for material and profile/Hardware.
To attend the first Aid case/Medical treatment case and immediately inform to the Production/Mfg. Head.
To give Training to the new technician and casual.
Multi skilling with in technician to be ensured.
