Job Title: Receptionist
Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors and clients in a professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain and organize meeting schedules and conference rooms

Handle courier and mail distribution

Support HR and administrative departments with clerical tasks

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Coordinate with IT teams for visitor system access and onboarding

Assist in scheduling interviews and meetings

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Follow data privacy and security protocols in line with company IT policies
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
-
1–3 years in a receptionist or front desk role, ideally in a tech or corporate setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and office management tools

Familiarity with IT or software industry terminology is a plus

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
