Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide product/service information and support to clients.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to fulfill customer needs.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams to improve services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.

Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics and performance.

Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures.
