Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the Summit,
including digital, media, and partner communications.
• Prepare and manage content for websites, social media platforms, press releases,
email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional material.
• Liaise with design, digital marketing, and PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging
and branding.
• Engage with media outlets and journalists to ensure visibility and coverage of the
Summit.
• Track communication performance metrics and prepare insights and
recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support speechwriting, scripting, and other official communication needs for senior
government officials.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or
related fields.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in public-facing communications, digital strategy, or media
outreach—preferably in government or multilateral settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute integrated communication campaigns.
Experience in event-based or government programme communications is highly
desirable.
