Job Description:

Position:          Executive/Asst. Manager - HR

Location:         Daman

Experience:     5 - 6 Years

Industries:      Pharma

Responsibilities:        

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration.
  • Administer employee benefits, policies, and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Maintain HRIS, updating employee records and data.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing and labor law compliance.
  • Support management in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations

 Required Skills:

  • Very Good English written and verbal Communication Skills.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Organizing.

Required Qualification:- MBA - HR    

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
