Position:         Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminum extrusion and window manufacturing sector.
• Generate leads and build relationships with architects, contractors, fabricators, and developers.
• Promote and sell aluminum windows, doors, and related products to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor and report sales performance and market developments.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer demands.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 5.40 LPA
