Roles & Responsibility

·        Direct and manage the Project Construction from IFC to Handing over Project.

  • He shall have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction of hydrocarbon facilities, Pipeline, Piping, Plant Process Equipment’s installation, structural, associated Civil, E & I and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Handover activities. In which he shall have 3 years in a similar position.

·        He shall be fully familiar with, aware of international codes and Standards.

·        Understand and Adherence to the Project Scope, Specification, IFC Drawings, Execution Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Testing Plans, procedures and HSE requirement implementations on job site. 

·        Responsible to Monitor the Project progress as per approved work program, budget / responsible for site resource management.                                                     

·        Manage and oversee weekly look ahead planning, day to day construction management of the project.

·        Equalize and coordinate with interrelated departments in Conjunction with assigned PM, such as Engg, QA/QC, Procurement, Project Control for related project construction activities and site proposals (T.Q, C.O,), changes, Redline drawings etc.

·        Develop Construction plan in coordination with planner as per resource, equipment, material availability, organize the construction team to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget, to avoid rejection and re-work.

·        Responsible for Sub-Contractor Management and Control on site. 

·        Ensures any changes in work scope. drawings, specifications as per site requirement to follow the process and to be documented.

·        Define clear roles and responsibilities to construction team on site, ensure implementation of Company Policy and procedures in strict manner.

·        Forecast the manpower / Material requirement of project.

·        Monitor the construction productivity and provide recommendation / suggestions and technical support to complete the task wherever required.

·        Adhere to Project QHSE standards and promote safety culture among the team throughout the project.

·        Implementation and ensures site project team daily attendance and time keeping.

·        Responsible for implementation and coordination with ID section / Coordinator to obtain all necessary Id 's / Permits as per project work requirement.

·        Ensures coordination with client site representative, PMT inter departments / Subcontractors as per project requirement.

·        Perform the Duties as assigned and Instructed by the Direct Supervisor (P.M).

·        Daily and Weekly progress and site reporting to PM.
