Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong skills in content marketing, SEO, website management, and mining service knowledge. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities : 

SEO

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

• Perform technical SEO audits and apply best practices for site optimization.

• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking structures, and page load speed.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Email Marketing

• Plan, write, and execute email campaigns including newsletters, promotional offers, onboarding sequences, and retention emails.

• Segment mailing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to optimize performance.

• Track and analyze campaign results to make data-driven improvements.

• Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and email marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors, analytics tools, and email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Bonus: Familiarity with content marketing, landing page optimization, or paid advertising platforms.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates.

• Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based industries.

• Graphic design skills or proficiency with tools like Canva for creating email visuals.
