Job Title: Procurement QC supervisor

 Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience: Minimum 12 years

Salary: 14000-17000 SAR Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

• He shall have a university degree or equivalent and seven (7) years inspection experience or a high school diploma with ten years inspection experience with a minimum of three (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection.
• Ensures that procurement phase quality control requirements are being fulfilled. He shall be very well familiar with ISO 9001-2015, well aware of Saudi Aramco and International standards.
• He shall be fully aware of the Project Material Management system of Saudi Aramco Projects. Coordination with SAIR, QA manager, PM in adherence to the procurement quality control requirements.
• Review and submit the MR’s, Review the P.O’s prior to placement.
• Preparation of IAP, arrange PIM, coordinate with TPI .
• Review of Quality Documents ITP, Procedures, related to product manufacturing.
• Ensure in process inspections and advance notification for the clients.
• Liaise with SAVID, TPI , GAS procurement and expeditor for all Quality related issues and coordination.
• Review the inspection reports and ensure the documents / records are up to date.
• Prepare weekly monthly Procurement QC reports, two week look ahead fabrication inspection reports, update all procurement QC Log etc.
• liaise and assist QA Manager for any Quality Concerns
• He shall act and perform other activities as assigned by his direct reporting Manager.
