Key Responsibilities:

Office Management Duties:
 Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming
environment.
 Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining records.
 Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
 Coordinate ordering and tracking project status and deliveries.
 Maintain financial records, process payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
 Liaise factory and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
 Implement and oversee office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
 Ensure compliance with local business regulations and tax requirements in India.
 Schedule meetings and booking for the management as required.
 Research and negotiate with various vendors based on the requirement posed by the
management.

Sales & Customer Service Duties:

 Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their project needs.
 Provide detailed product information, including material types, finishes, and applications.
 Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients.
 Develop and maintain relationships with walk-in clients.
