Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technical (e.g., Chemical Engineers, Chemists, Lab Technicians, Process Engineers), manufacturing, and corporate positions.
  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates using various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling and accurate job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all recruitment materials.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Interviewing and Evaluation: Participate in the interview process, conducting behavioral, technical, and competency-based interviews as needed. Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  
     
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the chemical industry and the local community.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates and stay informed about market trends.
