Job Description:
- Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments,. deductions, taxes and third party payments) .
- Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems. Preparing MIS report,
- Contract labor Management.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll, Generating payrollreports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labor cost analyses
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, Preparing annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance.
- To proactively and positively liaise with local statutory and government authorities as well as environment and build stakeholder relations .
- Knowledge and experience in Labor Laws: Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act , Payment of gratuity Act
- To anchor key HR processes such as: Statutory Compliance, Workforce planning, Wage Administration, Performance Management, Reports & Compliances,.
