Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Managing Financial Transactions:This includes recording and managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial events.

Preparing Financial Reports:Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

Reconciling Accounts:Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Ensuring Compliance:Working with other departments to maintain financial compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and reporting standards.

Assisting with Tax Filings:Preparing necessary documents and reports for tax filings, such as expense records and revenue statements.

Supporting Audits:Providing necessary documentation and information to support internal and external audits.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Participating in the budgeting process and forecasting financial performance.

Resolving Discrepancies:Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
Skills Required:
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and solve problems.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software like Tally ERP.
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations and Reporting Standards: Understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
