The Sales and Marketing Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships in the utility poles and infrastructure sector.

They will create and implement sales strategies tailored to the needs of government, industrial, and private sector clients.

The role involves preparing technical proposals, product presentations, and quotations that align with customer specifications and industry standards.

The engineer will collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customized pole solutions meet both technical and commercial requirements.

Regular site visits and client meetings will be conducted to assess project needs and provide after-sales technical support.

The candidate will track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing efforts and drive sales growth.

Participation in trade shows, industry expos, and client workshops will be part of brand promotion activities.

They will maintain a CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customer communications effectively.

Strong knowledge of technical drawings, pole specifications (e.g., steel, concrete, or FRP poles), and installation standards is required.
