Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and closings.

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission of statutory payments (e.g., GST, TDS).

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP).

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.

• Exposure to payroll processing and inventory accounting.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
