Production Engineer for Octagonal poles and High Mast

• The Production Engineer will oversee and manage daily manufacturing activities for octagonal poles and high mast lighting structures.

• They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production schedules to ensure timely and quality output.

• The role involves monitoring fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, galvanizing, and assembly, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.

• The engineer will ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery while minimizing downtime and waste.

• They will collaborate with design and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.

• Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits will be a key responsibility.

• The engineer will prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation related to process parameters, raw material usage, and inspection results.

• They will coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability and stock accuracy.

• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, welding techniques, and galvanizing processes is highly desirable.

• A degree in mechanical or production engineering and strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication standards are essential for this role.
