Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Manager in Sikar
Position: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹7.7 LPA Surat: ₹5.5 LPA
Working Days: 5 days a week
Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per visit
Education: Graduation (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and agency clients.

Pitch multimedia advertising solutions (print, digital, events) tailored to client needs.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with editorial, digital, and marketing teams to create customized offerings.

Track and report sales performance metrics and forecasts.

Negotiate and close deals with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.

Build long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.

Maintain a strong understanding of all Times Group products and platforms.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in media, publishing, or advertising.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
