Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage potential clients for commercial real estate opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to inform business development strategies
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive team performance.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record in commercial real estate sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Noida real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
