Factory Manager – Wet Wipes & Cosmetics Manufacturing

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG

• Plan and oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
• Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC, maintenance, HR, and logistics for seamless workflow

• Prepare monthly production budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
• Implement and monitor production schedules, resource planning, and inventory control

• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDCA, GMP, ISO, labor laws, and environmental guidelines etc.

• Lead factory audits and liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and process optimization
• Recruit, train, and manage staff while ensuring workplace safety and discipline
• Report operational metrics and key performance indicators to senior management
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• In-depth understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety norms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and manufacturing planning tools
• Familiarity with government regulations and audit protocols
