Job Description:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in wet wipes, cosmetics, or personal care Manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with internal departments
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across retail, cosmetic brands, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and institutional sectors etc.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Promote our contract manufacturing and private label capabilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and grow them over time
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams for timely delivery and service excellence
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
