Job Description:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in wet wipes, cosmetics, or personal care Manufacturing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with internal departments
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients across retail, cosmetic brands, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and institutional sectors etc.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Promote our contract manufacturing and private label capabilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and grow them over time
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams for timely delivery and service excellence
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
