Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the RMC
• Ensure Production planning and monitoring of entire production operations effectively
• Monitor the production of ready-mix concrete, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and standards.
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the timely dispatch of concrete to customers & meeting project deadlines.
• Proper communicate with Plant operators, Technician and Pump In charge to ensure equipment are
• properly maintain to achieve better cost saving in daily production.
• Maintain raw material and inventory as per production plan.
• Must have experience in RMC Plant production, QC and sales.
