Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Project Head to lead and oversee a significant portfolio of infrastructure projects within the water and sewage sectors in the Abha region of Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, a deep understanding of the local regulatory landscape, and established experience working with the National Water Company (NWC) as a client. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a results-oriented individual capable of driving project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for a portfolio of infrastructure projects in the water and sewage sectors, with a total value exceeding SAR 500 million.
• Assume full responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact and maintain strong working relationships with the National Water Company (NWC) and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed project reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian regulations, standards, and NWC procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to ensure project delivery.
• Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and maximizing project value.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
